Tupelo Honey -- Van Morrison

haha...I am a medicare analyst -- half the time..the gov. makes changes..and doesn't tell you... be thankful this is so out in the open...

Sugar Pie,Honey Bunch - Temptations

What does a MediCare Analyst do ? Which side of the fence do you work on?

Sugar, Sugar -- The Archies

(to most...I'm on the dark side... I work for a non-profit insurance company... anything that a member/beneficiary could see/hear/read about.. I've either written or have blessed. I make sure the company complies with the state , dept. health (for the medicaid people) as well as the government.) It's non-profit..so I'm for the people.)

Brown Sugar - Rolling Stones ( Great song for scooter dancing)

I wouldn't call that the dark side.Sounds like you are seeing that the patient is getting what they should.
Am I wrong ?

Brown Eyed-Girl -- Van Morrison

not so much that the patient is getting what they need...(but it is) it's making sure it's explained correctly as well as contractually appropriate with the state, government and how the insurance company operates And that everyone agrees. Perhaps I'm the one who makes sure all the parties agree with the dotting of the i's and crossing of t's. But being non-profit -- as an insurance company.. we tend to go above/beyond what any federal/state agency requires giving very rich extras to members.

Oh..and the explanation part...sometimes the challenge is to re-write a 12th grade reading level document into something a 6th grader could understand... :JEKYLHYDE

My Eyes Adored You - Neil Sedaka

I could help getting it down to the 4th grade.

65LA 10-01-2008 07:16 PM

My Naked Eyes -- Luscious Jackson

(I'll remember that... but don't kid yourself...it's really harder than you think!... There have been days wasted--oh I meant spent on trying to get a Kincaid-Flesche score to give an appropriate reading level...). **):JEKYLHYDE%/
