House Bill 282
AN ACT TO PROHIBIT CERTAIN FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS FROM SERVING FOOD TO ANY PERSON WHO IS OBESE, BASED ON CRITERIA PRESCRIBED BY THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH; TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT TO PREPARE WRITTEN MATERIALS THAT DESCRIBE AND EXPLAIN THE CRITERIA FOR DETERMINING WHETHER A PERSON IS OBESE AND TO PROVIDE THOSE MATERIALS TO THE FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS; TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT TO MONITOR THE FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ACT; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

I guess they will have a with measurement like Disneyland has a height measurement for little kids. If you aren't so tall you can't ride. If you are to wide you can't eat.

Simple to enforce...

Make the doors narrower and all cars going through the drive-thru have to be level.

Nice idea on the drive through but then you would have nothing but the 3/4 ton 4 wheel drive pickups with extra heavy duty springs. Of course with the gas they would burn while waiting in line that may cut down on some of the going that way. I just explain that I am not overweight, my height had shrunk due to illness. :LOL:
