The Big Show
I'm no fan of wrestling, but at 9PM EST on the USA Network, the wrestler called the "Big Show" will be performing.
Just a small tune up for the big fight against Flyod Meriwether next month. The Big Show has gone on a diet and lost about 100 pounds. He weighs about 400 pounds and is 7 feet tall. |

Floyd will beat him to a pulp. Yea the Big Show is huge but he is not skilled like Floyd is. I think this is just a promtional event to get people to spend $$$$ in a field that is hit hardest by the current economy. Has anyone else noticed all the cage fighting cross-over fights. The problem is that these venues are mostly supported by blue collar workers. (I AM NOT SAYING THAT IS A BAD THING OR THAT THOSE ARE BAD PEOPLE) But those are also the people most effected by the economy right now. Just look at the major drop in Nascar attendance. |
They call it "Sports Entertainment" so someone has already decided who will "win".:LOL:;):p Isn't this Mariweather a real small light weight fighter? I wonder why they wouldn't try to get a heavy weight that needs a few $$$ and is well past his prime just to get in there and make a show?

Wayne is certainly right, who ever is supposed to win has all ready been told he WILL win. The 'looser' has to 'sell' the punches to make it look good.
But never the less, a great show is shapeing up. :LOL: |
I heard that Meriweather is being guaranteed $20M. For that kind of money, I'd fight both of them at the same time with both hands tied behind my back. :p:p:p
