Air Force Test
The object of the game is to move the red block around without getting hit by the blue blocks or touching the black walls.
(Hint: initial move is down....maybe.) If you can go longer than 18 seconds you are phenomenal. It's been said that the USAF uses this for fighter pilots. They are expected to go for at least 2 minutes! Trick is to think ahead and anticipate. http://members.iinet.net.au/~pontipak/redsquare.html |
:(
Cargo plane maybe. I made it 1 minute 27 seconds. Ron  |
I feel like the losers in "Top Gun," we went this way, they went that way, and 5.35 seconds later it was all over!

16.52 sec. they get to moving pretty fast!

My worst problem is hitting the sidelines. Some of them are really close and it is hard to squeeze between them and the sideline. Ron  |
I did this one a while back and I survived for about 2 1/2 minutes. I am a little slower today, I can make about 1 1/2 now. If I practiced and wasn't already pissed off, I would probably do better.

Joe, It is to early to already be ticked off. Just give the day a little longer and I am sure it can get worse. Ron  |
Oh I am sure it can, and I know it will. I am waiting for the catastrophic failure of the $125K RF welders due to the table not being aligned properly. After getting yelled at for not going to help (I was never told that they were starting) and then when I did go, getting insulted (I am already doing this, what the f*** are you even doing here). I told them to kiss my a** and walked off. I am the guy who was given the project of getting the equipment here and setup with no training and no help with a 1 week time frame. I got it done, got them running, and got the training I needed. After that, it was assigned to someone else and they got all the credit. Now that they are moving them, it all needs to be aligned again, but that is OK, until the production line is stopped while we wait for parts. Now that person thinks he knows it all, so I will let it fail. When they come to me, I will politely point them at him to fix it.

:(
Darn Joe, Sounds almost like some of my days back when I was working. Except twice I got on a plane and came home and told them to let their expert fix the problem. Had to go back both times too. First to fix the original problem and then to fix where he had screwed up. Of course now I can laugh about it, but then I wasn't in much of a mood for laughing. Ron :p |
I'm color blind so I can't become an air force pilot.....I guess I now have another reason why!
Other than that I am sure I'm perfect! |
