I'm guessing it can be fixed, heck, the tires didn't melt..........

ooooo that sucks. Glad no one was hurt in the fire. I try my best to not leave extension cords plugged in, but i find that at times I still do. Hopefully insurance will cover everything and not be a big hassle. Good luck replacing the car, whomever it is.

Just needs to be buffed out

One of the strangest losses we had was when a mouse chewed through an electrical cord on a freezer in the garage. It was in the morning and by the time the volunteer fire department got there the family lost their home, garage. and his Pontiac Lemans he had since High School.

A little bondo and a paint brush....

Too bad.

I agree, I hope the insurance company take care of everything.

Good thing no one was hurt.

Glad that nobody was hurt. A car can easily be replaced.

Maybe a good clean up and just call the damage as patina?
