Buzz, Edited To Reword as I am having trouble making this sound correct: Buzz, my statements about the Avatar making me think of Obama had nothing to do with race or anything like that. It was just a joke and that is why I used the smilies. If you took it otherwise, then accept my apology as I am not a racist any more than you or anyone else on here. I will admit that I don't like Obama or his wife, but it has nothing to do with his race. If you are a Obama supporter, then that is your right and I don't argue with you about it. I don't think anything that I posted in my posts about the avatar could be used to claim I was putting him down or that I am racist. Ron :p |

I have no big love for Obama or any other politician and I certainly am not the sort of idiot who thinks anyone who is against him has to be a racist. That term is way overused and I try to avoid using it myself to the greatest extent possible. I just took what was posted at face value and responded poking a bit of fun at the way it came out sounding.

Well, if the GOP was not full of corrupt hypocrites I might actually be tempted to vote for McCain. The last two terms have cured me of voting GOP for a while.
