Vote Nader! (do what I say, not what I do, for those who are so inclined) (I didn't say I would vote for him. |
While suturing a cut on the hand of a 75-year-old Texas rancher whose hand was caught in a gate while working cattle, the doctor struck up a conversation with the old man. Eventually the topic got around to 'O'NO! and his bid to be our President.
The old rancher said, 'Well, ya know, 'O'NO! is a 'post turtle.' Not being familiar with the term, the doctor asked him what a 'post turtle' was. The old rancher said, 'When you're driving down a country road and you come across a fence post with a turtle balanced on top, that's a 'post turtle'. The old rancher saw a puzzled look on the doctor's face, so he continued to explain. ' You know he didn't get up there by himself, he doesn't belong up there, he doesn't know what to do while he is up there, and you just wonder what kind of a dumb ass put him up there in the first place. |

He's a Racist,He's a racist-the cry of the loser.
When ever you have nothing to counter with-call him a racist.JESUS H.CHRIST that's lame. And exactly how does the fact that you know these people change the fact that the 3rd World War will be against Muslims? And before WWII,the same was said of people of Japanese decent. talk about non-sequiturs |
Quote:
And here is some history for you - not all Japanese wanted to fight us. The third world war may be against Muslims because idiots will keep saying that we have to kill them all. People like that drive Muslims together when we should be getting their assistace in hunting down the criminals that make life worse for everyone. Steve |
Steve, in a "Happy World" we would all have mutual respect for everyone and their respective ideas and cultures etc. But unfortunately in the "Real World" things are not that way and unfortunately will never be. We humans just want the best for us and our families and "to get a long".
Too bad we must fight wars, governments, restrictive and unfair laws laws, our family and friends just to survive, but that's the way of the world. So we say things about everyone just to make us feel superior to them and to survive, and yes it's fun to some degree. Cranky Bill |

Steve, Do you think you could move to Sudan, aw heck, any state with a Muslim run government, and remotely maintain the life you currently enjoy? (ask your wife this same question) Have you seen the movie 300? (as an example of the centuries of conflict between the middle east, the origins of modern civilization, and the world) WWIII may or may not be against "Muslims" but there will be a time when there will be a battle, history dictates it. (there are those in Europe who would say it has already begun) |
[quote=Bill Bess;So we say things about everyone just to make us feel superior to them Cranky Bill[/QUOTE]
What do mean"feel"?We are superior to them. |
You know....things like, "My Dad is bigger than your Dad"," My Dad is richer than yours", "I'm a doctor, your just a ditch digger", "I'm smarter that them", "My Cobra is faster than yours", " my d**k is bigger than everyone's"...there is no end to trying to make ourselves superior to the next man or women.
Anyway, it's just a natural competitive thing I guess. Cranky Bill...."Your correct, We are pretty darn good!" |

Hope and change ain’t cheap, especially if you let a Marxist set the price. I cannot even imagine what his capital gain/dividend tax increases, which are even more draconian, will do to the stock market. Hopefully enough high-income professionals will realize that this is not all fun and games, but it will hit them like a ton of bricks. They can’t all be like Warren Buffett who after a lifetime of structuring everything around paying low taxes complains he is taxed at a lower rate than his secretary. Obama is a clever and dangerous character, he's structuring his definition of “rich” so that enough of the “poor” can salivate at the thought of stealing from them and vote Obama in - you are probably one of the salivators. Some BO quotes...... "We're going to reshape America in a way that is less mean-spirited and more generous." "That’s just how white folks will do you." "We've got to make sure that people who have more money help the people who have less money." "You go into some of these small towns in Pennsylvania, and like a lot of small towns in the Midwest, the jobs have been gone now for 25 years and nothing's replaced them. And they fell through the Clinton administration, and the Bush administration, and each successive administration has said that somehow these communities are gonna regenerate and they have not. And it's not surprising then they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren't like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations." "I am absolutely certain that generations from now, we will be able to look back and tell our children that this was the moment when we began to provide care for the sick and good jobs to the jobless; this was the moment when the rise of the oceans began to slow and our planet began to heal." "The truth is, in order to get things like universal health care and a revamped education system, then someone is going to have to give up a piece of their pie so that someone else can have more." ______ There is simply not sufficient people or families making $250K and up to pay for all of BO's programs - you had better hold onto your wallet....according to moneycentral - 75% of the households in the U.S. do not make $57,343 a year. Given your thought procss, wouldn't you be happier is Venezula? Also, some input from Larry Kudlow..... "The Obama spend-o-meter is now up around $800 billion. And tax hikes on the rich won’t pay for it. It’s the middle class that will ultimately shoulder this fiscal burden in terms of higher taxes and lower growth. This isn’t free enterprise. It’s old-fashioned-liberal tax, spend, and regulate. It’s plain ol’ big government. The only people who will benefit are the central planners in Washington. Obama would like voters to believe that he’s the second coming of JFK. But with his unbelievable spending and new-government-agency proposals he’s looking more and more like Jimmy Carter. His is a “Grow the Government Bureaucracy Plan,” and it’s totally at odds with investment and business. Obama says he wants U.S. corporations to stop “shipping jobs overseas” and bring their cash back home. But if he really wanted U.S. companies to keep more of their profits in the states he’d be calling for a reduction in the corporate tax rate. Why isn’t he demanding an end to the double-taxation of corporate earnings? It’s simple: He wants higher taxes, too. The Wall Street Journal’s Steve Moore has done the math on Obama’s tax plan. He says it will add up to a 39.6 percent personal income tax, a 52.2 percent combined income and payroll tax, a 28 percent capital-gains tax, a 39.6 percent dividends tax, and a 55 percent estate tax. Not only is Obama the big-spending candidate, he’s also the very-high-tax candidate. And what he wants to tax is capital." |
Read this first, before the following;
The following statement is facetious. Oh CDC, why do you always take quotes out of context? :D |
Because he thinks your stupid enough to believe him and he can get away with it! Anytime CDC posts, the red flags go up.

Anyone here that is foolish enough to be taken in by Obamalamadingdong sould have their Cobra taken away. In the end, BO will lose - even Hillary wants that to happen, Hamas wants him to win - he's a good reader and public speaker - with a teleprompter and script, but in an unscripted setting he's a dumb as the proverbial box of rocks, sort of like you Excaliber - not that there is anything wrong with that, it's a simple fact. In your case, I'd chip in to get you some help. |

"I see no one read what I had written before I had wrote what I intended to write." Obama-ish language of double speak.
my post.... never mind... I will go change my medication and quit wrestling with the pig. (don't worry, few will understand):JEKYLHYDE CDC I had no problem with your post of quotes, I was commenting with a joke about the typical spin the Obama camp places on any use of his, or his wifes, quotes. (out of context, out of context, out of context) later. |
Just in!!
Obama has picked a running mate.None other than Sylvester Stallone. They'll be running on the Sambo & Rambo ticket. |
