Has anyone ever heard of "Phantom Cobras"?

Has anyone ever heard of "Phantom Cobras"? I've never heard of this company before. A guy in St. Albert, Ontario, has a completed one for sale, and I'm trying to decide whether to get serious about it and pay him a visit.

Thanks.

Never heard of Phantom Cobras. By the way, where the heck is St. Albert, ON? It isn't on the map.

...must be a Canadian thing, eh? :D Never heard of them.

you've never heard of Canadians ? :3DSMILE:

They're from the large white area above the US (the part that is way over here anyway) - there isn't much apart from a whole lot of water above your part :3DSMILE:

St. Albert is about 50km southeast of Ottawa. It's a pretty small place and is best known for its dairy/cheese factory. The Canadian Vintage Motorcycle Group (Ottawa section) holds their annual rally there, in case you're interested in that kinda thing too.

Why don't you look @ D&D cobra in Quebec?
Do a search here @ you should be able to find enough info to get your juices going.
They also seem to be reasonable price wise. A few members here have purchased from them.

wtm442,

Do you happen to remember if Phantom Cobras was run by someone named, Ian Gravelle? It's starting to seem like the seller and the kit company are one and the same. Not that this is necessarily a bad thing...

Nope. That's all the info I have. If you find out that Phantom Cobras is Out of Business, or still "in business", please let me know so I can update my manufacturers list. If still in business, do they have tel # or e-mail address?

I just love a thread with a beginning, a middle an end, and a pithy closing comment.

Further commentary is not needed.
