Boeing Machinists Strike
I see in the news that 27,000 Boeing Machinists have walked off their jobs. Seems to me it is a bad time to be walking away from a job if you have one. But the UNION wants more and their officials will continue to draw their overpaid wages while the workers get nothing.

Actually Ron, the economy is still pretty good here in the Seattle area.
The majority of the factory workers in the Renton plant have been on mandatory overtime for close to 2 years now, so they have some money banked away, and are actually looking forward to some time off.

Airbus is probably funding the strike.

There's finally a chance the big Tanker contract could stay in the USA and a UNION is going to screw it up. We deserve to loose it again to Europe and all those idiots can collect there minimal union check while striking.
Unions ***** about outsourcing- and they pull a stunt like this.
