Gumb-ALS Rally in Mass

This is a Run what ya brung (Cobras are not required, drive the Van the Sedan or the Family Truckster it doesn't matter), Rain, or Shine benefit event, so prepare accordingly. This is our 2nd Gumb-ASL Rally. We look foward to seeing you there!!!

What is a Gumb-ALS Rally:

Gumb-ALS Rally is a Charitable Fun Rally to benefit Muscular Dystrophy. All proceeds will be donated to Muscular Dystrophy Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) Division, commonly referred to as Lou Gehrig’s Disease.
The Rally staging area is the Tekoa County Club in Westfield Mass. A drivers meeting will be held before the start of the Rally. At the starting line each entry will receive the Rally directions and a list of questions that must be answered by finding clues while following the Rally route, the answers must be recorded on the Rally Directions. This necessitates a Co Pilot for safe participation. Contestants will be sent off at different intervals. When successfully completed the Rally directions will bring all contestants to a top secret exotic location. (well, exotic is a relative term)
At this location the participants will get a 2nd set of directions that will return them back to the Tekoa Country Club for lunch and a raffle (Craftman Tools has again step up to the plate and supplied some very nice Raffle prizes). Last year Craftsman Tools donated a complete 215 piece Tool set, and 5 Limited Edition, Numbered, 6 piece Titanium Plated Laser etched Socket Sets complete in a Maple presentation box's . This year we are also looking at prehaps 2 more major Tool Manufactures contributing to the Raffle Pool as well. The answers that were recorded during the entire Rally will be scored and a winner decided. In the event of a tie, the Rallyist that documents the closest to the actual predetermined mileage is the winner. Contestants must obey all rules of the road while participating. Trophies will be awarded to the Top 3 Finishers.
