That's the problem with all of us. Nobody's willing to document Cobra Bill's electioneering on government computers and make a complaint to the justice department. I do believe that's against the law. But there is an idea. Maybe an inquiry to his bosses as to whether he is truly on break might be enlightening.

VRM...

I just posted the first article from google. No party affiliation was truly intended. My point was that this is nothing new... but, because you brought it up ;).... for fun... about 2 to 1  no I don't think this is that accurate.

Searched "democrat voter fraud"

Results 1 - 10 of about 1,130,000 for democrat voter fraud. (0.08 seconds)

Searched "republican voter fraud"

Results 1 - 10 of about 509,000 for republican voter fraud. (0.07 seconds)

JT,
Yep, it is a meaningless statistic. Google 'GOP vote fraud' and you get 370,000 hits; Google 'DNC vote fraud' and you only get 257,000.

The fact that both you and I get that many hits in either instance is what is really telling; both parties do it, and they both suck!

Steve

Now this is interesting, you got "opposite" results by using lazy acronyms. ;)

Isn't it amazing that this is the government which "we" elect. It is sad that voter qualification requirements is considered unconstitutional. :JEKYLHYDE

I sincerely doubt that any of our founding fathers would have ever had the opportunity for leadership if they tried in today's environment.

Very very troublesome.....%/

I've spent many years in the telecommunications industry - we use TLAs (three letter acronyms) for everything!

I probably seem very anti-GOP on this forum (and usually I am), but there are not a lot of DNC supporters here, and everybody else usually does a fine job of ripping apart their case. I can't stand the DNC either. I think our founding fathers would make use of the 2nd amendment if they saw what both parties are doing.

Indeed....no wonder Obama wants to eviscerate it and McCain can't put any real support to it.

Somehow I think you would not be threatening me if I was a con, since your party has screwed the pooch so badly that they are forced to use the kitchen sink strategy, because they don't have an idea or a platform to run on and your in lockstep with them this is just an act of desperation! But I will give you a hint, and maybe if you are really smart you can figure it out.

Threatening? You, in effect, work for me you huge buggerin' wanker and I want to know about this cushy government job - but, no need to pm the information, we have ways of IDing you.....

Latest buzz on your BO.....

The Sun Times today gave a major clue that Barack Obama will indeed go down with Tony Rezko, sooner rather than later. It looks as though Rezko is about to turn on Alexi Giannoulias, the 30-year old State Treasurer of Illinois (who was elected only because Obama backed him).

Here’s where all the clues are…and then we’ll walk you through the local Chicago politics on how today’s hint by the Sun Times has us convinced, for the first time ever, that prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald could indeed send Barack Obama to jail.

We need to repeat that: we never believed, until now, that Obama would go to jail for anything related to Rezko. Today, this breaking news about what Rezko is singing to the Feds about makes us reconsider all of that.

Barack Obama will serve a prison sentence in the next few years — because knowing Fitzgerald, there is no reason he would be going through all of this if that was not the targeted goal in the long term.

Well isn't that special! I do indeed in affect work for you, and every other tax payer. But I already have way more then enough years to retire and a 6 digit job waiting for me when I do, the only reason I'm sticking around is I can still help our troops who are being sent into harms way!

computerworks 10-10-2008 11:18 AM

Crosstalk like this will get the thread closed....no threats allowed.

Well, if you in fact are helping the troops - you are OK with me, just a little naïve when it comes to sorting out options for leaders of the free world.

cobra bill 10-10-2008 01:35 PM

I've been at it my whole adult career, As for my naïvete I guess we will just have to see, its hard to believe it could be worse though!
