Yeah, she said very little, but she came off looking cool.

I have watched SNL since I was a kid, and I have yet to be dissapointed in the way they treat folks, even Reagan. They always seem to get beyond the mundane political POV and find something endearing in all of the folks. I dare say SNL did a lot of good for Reagan. And Obama won't even show up for SNL. What does that tell you? I'll tell you what. Just like with the New Yorker, the humor is too close to the truth.

Mike, It's been years, and I mean YEARS since I watched SNL, Forget Sarah, I'm surprised it hasn't been cancelled. The lamest humor I've seen, heck! they would be better off with cone heads and Roseanne Roseanna Dana, emily litela (loved her) re-runs....IMO.

The real problem is, that back in the Cone Head days, most of us, how should I say this, inhaled? Thus everything was funnier.

It is surprising.
SNL started out so hot, with great talent, then petered out in just a few years.
When Eddie Murphy left I quit watching.

Over the years they've survived, but lately they seem to have hit their stride.
Good stuff.
