Terrorists For Mccain
The CIA reported today that Al Qaida websites are rooting for McCain to win our Presidential election. Why, you may ask?
*McCain would continue the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan indefinitely which they believe would continue to drain American resources.
*Continued war would galvanize the Arab countries against a common enemy.
*Continued war would brainwash Arab youth into hating and fighting us for generations to come.
Basically, voting for McCain is just what the terrorists are hoping you do.

The spin goes both ways, but I'm willing to read both sides.

My responses in blue.

1. Any war will drain resources. This should be obvoius. The determination that needs to be made is whether the cost is worth the results. Since only people against invading Iraq have actually examined the possible results (without the Rose Garden tinted glasses) then it is tough to make a valid determination. The result in Iraq will most likely be another dictator taking over, or a parlimentary system similar to, and leaning towards, Iran. Either is not good for us.
*Continued war would galvanize the Arab countries against a common enemy.
Iranians and Iraqis have already worked together to fight us. The longer we stay the worse it will get.
*Continued war would brainwash Arab youth into hating and fighting us for generations to come.
Arabs tend to have a long societal memory. Iranians already hated us for SAVAK; Iraqis will end up hating us for different reasons such as killing their family members and disrepecting their tribal leaders who really should have been given control of the country right off the bat with our military to back them for a period of a year or two.

My point is, the Arabs picked this fight and they DON'T want it to end.

Looks like Sarah went on a little shopping spree with your RNC campaign contributions. To the tune of $150K.

Ahh Yes, when a terrorist says something, we can be SURE they are absolutely telling the truth. Don't they always?
