WMD's in the USA

Who was it that said that idiotic statement about the shelf life of WMD's in Iraq?

If true, THEY should sue the government, because this guy has been running a scam since '05!!!! :JEKYLHYDE

"Idiocracy," it's contagious by people who profess and are believed to be experts in everything.

I bet I know which incinerator that went to, likely on Battleground Road in Deer Park. I did alot of work along the Houston Ship Channel as a crane operator.

In the late nineties, there was an uproar fueled by the idiots at the local TV stations.
That incinerator had a contract with the Army to dispose of tons of napalm sitting around since the Viet Nam war. It was gonna be shipped by rail car into the heart of the nations largest petrochemical complex - miles and miles of chemical plants, powerplants and refineries along that ship channel.

Picture this;
Train cars and barges - not to mention thousands of 18-wheelers - loaded with every kind of chemical known to man, are moving 24/7 there.

One of the TV stations aired a piece showing the Shell refinery in Deer Park, and thousands of rail cars, and said that rail cars just like them would come rolling thru their neighborhoods carrying napalm! What if something happened?!!
OH MY GOD!!!!

Anybody here know what napalm actually is?

If you ever poured gasoline in a stryofoam cup, you just made napalm in your hands.

Gasoline is a solvent mixed with styrene and it makes a gooey, stringy, sticky mess.
Put that inside a container, strap a fuse to it, and drop it in the jungle from an airplane.
When it hits the trees it is ignited as it sticks to EVERYTHING.
Very effective at clearing vegetation too wet to burn.

The incinerator wanted it, because it's cheap fuel for them and offsets their firing costs.
Finally, the Army struck a deal allowing only one railcar at a time to be shipped.
Only one railcar at a time onsite at the incinerator.
Only one railcar at a time drove the disposal costs thru the roof for the Army.
For the taxpayers.
For all of us.

And that one railcar would be in a train connected to deadly chemicals of every sort.
But it was the only one with napalm!

Remember the TV station showing the refinery and all the rail cars?
They also showed the freeway beside it with thousands of cars.
Untrained drivers hurtling along at 70 mph with gasoline in their cars!
And they all probably had styrofoam coffee cups in their hands.

All the ingredients to make napalm.

The stupidity of this nation astounds me.
