New York Snow Storm
First big snow of the year. Maybe a fore site of the Long, Cold, Winter that they have been predicting for the East Coast.

Tell the Mt Shasta Goddess that she is still a hag and should continue to suck all of the water out of the Shasta Reservoir. Then with her bladder full, she can dump all of the snow on you (and Tru) before it gets to me.
It was 37°F here at midnight and it has skyrocketed all the way up to 38°F at 8 AM. Outside of the Boston area, the temps went way down in the 20's in some areas. Yesterdays rain has stopped ... no snow here. Forecast is for sunny skies for the next 6 days, but high temps only about 58°F. Just hope it warms up and does not rain on Halloween. |
I live about 30 miles north of the NY border and we never got any of the forecasted snow but it did rain like crazy most of yesterday and last night. It still is very windy and cold. I hope the white stuff holds off for a few more weeks.
