Obama Birth Certified
Follow up on the law suit over rumors of Obama's birth being outside the USA. All though some may think Hawaii qualifies for such status... **)
"There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obama’s official birth certificate. State law (Hawai‘i Revised Statutes §338-18) prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record," DOH Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino said. "Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai‘i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures. No state official, including Governor Linda Lingle, has ever instructed that this vital record be handled in a manner different from any other vital record in the possession of the State of Hawai‘i," Fukino said. |

Gov. Lingle is a Republican and has spent a LOT of time lately on the mainland campaigning for McFly. :)

Amazing. So, only the Dept Of Public Health has an official copy of his birth certificate?
I've had one of my own since....well, since birth. Signed, sealed, and as official as a heart attack. I guess I must be special:JEKYLHYDE. And - ".....prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record". The citizens of the United States of America are excluded? Huh. Remarkable just how inconsequential we truly have become. |
The State law, as specified, I do find surprising. You would think the public, in Obama's case, has a tangible interest outside of immediate family. Like any law though, it would have to be changed or over ruled by perhaps a Federal court in this case. Gov. Lingle, being Republican, would have no special interest in letting the document come out, even if she could do something. It would better serve her parties interests to maintain the 'rumors', or so I speculate...

There was talk about what else he was going to take care of on his trip back to Hawaii.Right before the case was dismissed.
I wonder if he used threats or bribes on this ? |

I don't call that certified. I call that BULLSH!T. I have not always had a copy of mine but when I wanted on it took 3 days and a credit card. I then had a hard copy. Is it not the procedure that to file for office you have to submit all of the documents first. This would also include your BC. If not, it should be.
If BHO gets in, I wonder how long it will be before he invites OBL as a guest in the white house? Everybody better get you a prayer blanket. It will probably be a law before you know it. |
