With the way Obama is taking over the country Ford will most likely have to cede a controlling interest to the Govt. or they will be put out of business. Or they could just pack up and move to another country.
I also expect to see a mess among the suppliers to GM and the rest as they will have to cut back due to the smaller amount of cars produced. I really likes the statement that they would like to see every person in a brand new less polluting car within three years. Talk about not having any sense of reality. Where are the people who still have jobs going to come up with enough extra money to buy these expensive cars they want them to have?

Ron, why the German model Cash for Clunkers program! The gummint will subsidize your purchase of a new car, baby! :p
That way, you help the union boys (big block-o-voters there!) AND you get Joe Schmo to like you...as long as Joe was a 'D' student in economics and fails to realize that BoBo just heaped a pile o' debt on his kids! Whoooo Hoooooo! Line up on the left for your Obama Check!
And maybe the UAW will realize they put Ford at a disadvantage and renegotiate a contract in line with Gm/Chrysler! ROFLMAO!!!!!
I think it more likely UAW PUSHES FoMoCo into BR, knowing they are going to get 20% of the 'new' company!

I wonder how it will play when the dam unions get controlling interest in all of the businesses. Will they allow their members to go on strike against them or demand they take pay cuts so the union officers in the International can have more pay.

With the way the Govt. only deals in the millions and billions now, I think I will apply for a 100 million bail out. Tax free of course and not to be paid back.

The much greater problem started with the peanut farmer ,send a 28 kids to negotiate are trade agreement with Japan. It was to last 6 to 8 weeks and if I remember right it lasted 18 mo. Japan sent experienced business men and they got everthing and we got nothing .We where told that the world wanted are goods and services and all we had to do was drop are trade tariffs and it would be utopia here in the U.S. . Well look what has happen, we are broke and Japan and China has all are bonds. A number of capitalist and business leaders wrote about and warn us this would lead to this compete loss of American Industry. Yes GM and others made miss steps but look around at the stripping of are industries and are standard of living. It was bad Goverment polices that caused this period. Now we can not get the Chinese and Japanese out of here . You what to see prosperity back in America stop this crap about world markets . Tariffs were invented for a reason and we need them now or we will lose everthing . The idea that America business men can compete with cheap imports was a lie and a pipe dream . Think not :look around , look at are trade deficits, are job loss, are decline living standards.
Now are you ready for the next big lie from the goverment , it is called green jobs . What a joke

Don't miss: The New 2012 Pelosi GTXi SS/RT Sport Edition

This pretty much says it all. Read, ignore, deny, excuse, rationalize, acknowledge, weep, get angry, get drunk, recover, concentrate, plan for 2010 elections, commit, invest, take charge of and organize your own bloody neighborhood.

This is a PARTICIPATORY democracy, not a one vote dictatorship. We are still free.

This is not a drill. Act accordingly.

If that wasn't so dam possible it would be funny. But Pelosi and her group have wanted a one person dictatorship since they first got into power and now they have the person to help them achieve it.
