Excellent, I see the other sign says 'road closed no thru traffic', keep the road clear to maximise impact.

Perfect! I personaly like the "jump You f***'s and the "impact" one too. I wish they would have a diving competition for all the Wall Street crooks and the CEO's of the major Company's that screwed the American public. It would be fun to watch tthe bastards line up on the plank of the 100th. floor and then fly non-stop to the street.

I guess I'm just a sick bastard myself! I always did enjoy stepping on useless insects like these people.

Bill,

Don't feel bad. I think a lot of people wouldn't lose much sleep if those crooks took the dive. I just read this report this morning and nothing is set in stone but if they are even half way correct there could be many more joining them.

TRADITIONAL CORPORATION
You have two cows.
You sell one and buy a bull. Your herd multiplies, and the economy grows. You sell them and retire on the income.

AMERICAN CORPORATION
You have two cows.
You sell three of them to your publicly listed company, using letters of credit opened by your brother-in-law at the band, then execute a debt/equity swap with an associated general offer so that you get all four cows back, with a tax exemption for five cows. The milk rights of the six cows are transferred via an intermediary to a Cayman Island company secretly owned by the majority shareholder who sells the rights to all seven cows back to your listed company. The annual report says the company owns eight cows, with an option on one more. Sell one cow to buy a new president of the United States, leaving you with nine cows. No balance sheet provided with the release. The public buys your bull.

A BRITISH CORPORATION
You have two cows... both are mad.

Yea, I saw that. Also that the Governor they arrested refuses to step down from his position although all of the Democrats want him to. Maybe he figures he can sell that Senate seat for a better price in prison.

If the treasury bails out B-3, which is currently in play, every senator will be hammered with request for the same consideration. Heck!, I might fire off a request as well, business is reeeeeeal slow and a little extra cash is always nice.
