I think he is right on. The trouble is that this is going to get on the news and turn into become some political bullsh!t. He probably will get into trouble for being truthfull.

Excellent!!, although it's not surprising, given these people have lived under a dictatorship for 30+ years. Maybe the though of 'freedom' it hasn't soaked in because it's new and their still afraid?.

That's just how I talked to my kids and some employees when they were screwing up.
Tough love is always the best solution to stupidity, lazyness, lack of motivation and failure to follow rules and the plan. My kids turned out great, and my employees usually got the message, resulting in meeting our objectives. This guy, is doing the right thing, these folks don't have it in them to "step-up" and work together for whatever reason. YA! He'll be critized as a "Meany"....Big Whoop! Bill |
