NASCAR 427 Las Vegas and my daughter
You know we all like to talk about our kids, so I thought you might enjoy seeing my daughter, Lisa Remillard, who is the Weekday Morning and Midday Anchor for KTNV-TV ABC in Las Vegas, promoting the upcoming NASCAR 427 this weekend. She's the blonde with the longer hair. Jessica Lovell who did the short story with her is a dayside reporter covering the race.

BTW...thankusbetogawd the NASCAR folks acknowledged the BB when setting the mileage and naming the race. 289 miles is a mere sprint. :p

In name only Jamo. They will still run the small block engines limited to 351 cubic inches. It would have been a 500 mile race but they had to shorten it to accommodate the abilities of a BB to go that far. Ron :LOL: :LOL: |

Many thanks for the compliments. She looks like her mother, thank you very much. She's already put dibbs on the Cobra, and I don't think her brother is at all interested in it. Now I just have to get out of the way......NOT!!

You have a very nice daughter and intelligent on top of that. Nice to see her and other young people doing jobs like that which they enjoy. And did any of you watch the destruction derby at Las Vegas yesterday? Even the Cup drivers were messing up all the time. I got more interested in who was going to mess up and how than in who was leading the race. Ron :) |
