Yea Ray, wasn't it clever of our Congress to do away with the word Pork and insert Earmarks. Now if they would just do away with themselves. This country needs a whole new Govt. from top to bottom and get rid of the old crooks that have been in there for decades. Wonder what word they will replace Earmarks with once enough people figure out that replaced Pork.

I went to the range to shoot and even they are having trouble getting ammo and keeping guns in stock. It was almost like a sale day at WalMart. Ron |
Ammo
Prices are going way up too. We shoot quite a bit and we buy 22 LR by the case for the grandkids and us to plink with. 22 have went from $8.89 for a 550 rnd box to almost $16.00, almost double. We reload everything else and even all the components are going up. At least I have enough wheel weights around to keep us in projectiles for awhile.

Hang on to your wheel weights and any old lead fishing sinkers that you may have. Lead is illegal for the most part in this state now. I had to order my lead hammer from out of state and am going to get a couple of more. Our gun stores are the only businesses around here that are actually doing well and they can't get ammo or keep up with the demand for guns. Everything is on back order.

Shooting
I shot high power rifle and skeet quite often when I was stationed at Travis. When we left a lot of skeet and trap ranges were talking about going to steel shot only, thats all you could shoot at the Richmond Rod and Gun clubs skeet range.
