If this turns out to be true, why aren't these people and that ***** tried as traitors just as anyone selling military secrets to an enemy power? I didn't like it when the Bush administration spent us into a hole (though apparently it was patriotic back then), and I don't like it now that Obama is doing the same thing.
We should be lowering taxes on the middle class (and by significantly more than $15), and not raising them on the rich. Once (if) our economy gets back in shape then we can raise taxes and knock down the debt.

Tis a good time for all of the Neo Natzi groups to start showing up. They would have more backing now than ever before I fear. Now if we could just somehow get the whole Govt., including the Big 4 out of the country for good and start over it might not be such a bad thing. Oregon is already taxing some vehicles per mile driven on top of their gas tax when they fill up. That seems to be the next big money making thing in the politicians eyes as there is no limit on what they can charge per mile yet. I saw that Pelosi and some of her court are considering introducing a bill like that in Congress that would make it mandatory for every vehicle to have a device to measure miles and then add so much per mild driven to the gas tax when you fill up.

I thought that many of these warnings were the result of lawyers out trolling for business. Did you see the shape Hollywood is in now? They had a news special on about two weeks ago showing the closed shops and others with big closing out sale signs in the windows. One woman they interviewed in one of the over priced shoe stores brought out this pair of Womens shoes that looked like felt sewn together and was ugly. She said they normally sold for $1,800 dollars but she has them marked down to $ 445 now. Even the wealthy kooks down there aren't buying right now. The big Hollywood sign up on the hill needs to be repaired but they can't afford it. I think it is starting to turn into a upper class slum right now.

Actually Wes, since the economy is so bad I don't think they can even put up anything we have for collateral to borrow from China. Russia can sustain itself without the rest of the world but would have to cut off a lot of their trade and other things. Even Britain is suffering from huge losses in business ventures they have here in this country. I believe that right now, Russia is in the best shape of any country and even they are hurting some.
