Lisa, that sounds like a lot of work.
There is a great litle fish store close to my house, and every other week or so I drop in. I buy some fresh catfish, haddock and/or swordfish. They also have great frozen "prepared meals". Its my so-called point and eat cooking! :) :) I point at the prepared fish dinner in the store and then I eat it. |
