" This petition will be sent to the Citizens' Stamp Advisory Committee asking that a full commemorative set of stamps honoring American Racing Heroes be issued. I don't understand non living drivers. Some of these guys still alive are at the heart of the excitement in the 50's, 60's, & 70's.......i2f

It's a stamp rule, and it is why we will never see **** Clark on a US stamp.
