:)

I have used it many times. The last time was at a downed Blackhawk. I used one hand/arm to support crew members still in the webbing while I drew my knife & opened it with the other hand & cut the webbing.
Also at Car accidents. It's handy to have one arm free to use commo or assist with stoppage of bleeding & employ the knife with the other hand to cut seatbelts.
As a youth on a farm I used the same technique to draw my knife & cut haybales with one hand while pulling the bailing twine with the other & shaking out the bale.

I ordered the CRKT - On Fire knife the same day Roscoe first posted about this last June.

It comes in very handy being able to open and close it with one hand.I use it all the time.

I have carried a knife since the 2nd/3rd grade, can't see why anyone wouldn't.

I've been carrying Halligan's original KISS knife (Van Hoy added another blade to it) for years...used it for everything, including sawing through a damn can of clams when the pull ring broke off while I was on the road a month or so ago.

I plan on taking it with me at the end...just in case someone puts me in a casket a bit too early.

The legislation is assinie...better outlaw switchblade corckscrews as well.

Edit...hell, what was I thinking...used it to carve a couple of pumpkins for my grandson Sunday. :p
