Hey Buzz!
Well, he was probably Arab looking - but I have been told that it is the same thing.;)

My car club used to have meetings in a church - they had pics all over the place of this white guy with honey blond hair. A few years ago some study group made a computer model of what Jesus likely looked like and someone in the club printed it and hung up the photo in the club room (we took it down before leaving) It was a lot more like Arafat than Aryan.
One guy in the club really got bent out of shape - told us all we were going to hell. We could not convince him that Jesus probably looked like every other person living in the area at the time.

When I went to China a few years ago I really felt a bit Jesuslike - I was the only blond person for miles, and they all wanted to touch me so that my magic could rub off on them. Ok, they just really wanted to touch my hair - but I can pretend!

Top Ten Reasons Not To Watch David Letterman

10.) Never fixed that annoying gap between his teeth.

9.) Larry “Bud” Melman never really liked Dave.

8.) Dave is still bitter about not getting the “Tonight Show.”

7.) Jay Leno kicked his butt.

6.) Letterman hasn’t been cool since “Walk like an Egyptian” by the Bangles was at the top of the charts.

5.) He’s bald.

4.) Conan O’Brien will whip Letterman’s butt just like Jay Leno did.

3.) Madonna was right when she called Dave a “sick #%#@!” back in 1994.

2.) If Dave wasn’t on TV, he couldn’t score at a brothel with $100 bills pasted all over his body.

1.) Letterman isn’t man enough to sincerely apologize for making a vicious and tasteless joke about a teenage girl.

One more....

He’s married to a slutty looking bimbo who looks like a Tranny and they have a bastard son...

Just a joke, Dave...

I remember David when he first appeared. I liked him because Johnny Carson was irrelevant to my age group. Letterman brought a whole new crowd of folks into the late night watchers. Surely, it had been intended to groom him for Johnny's spot. However, Letterman was a little more caustic then they had bargained for. For Letterman to keep his new demographic crowd, he had to go further down the path. When Johnny retired, it was clear Letterman would not work out. So Leno got it and Letterman left the network. Pissed off. And he has stayed PO ever since. I think he has become quite bitter about it. He was funny at one time. But no more. Now he is in a ratings war with the Red Headed Step Child (who I like by the way!)

Conan will not turn conservatives or liberals off. That would be stupid... forfiet half of his viewers. David already did that.

Ya'll remember Letterman stirring O'Reilly's coffee with his pencil (before O'Reilly came on stage?)

Yes, he can be funny but he's hard left all the way. I really don't understand those in the entertainment business, whether movies or TV cutting off 1/2 of the potential audiance just to make their own political point. Funny or not, one just knows that they are biased and it's a real turn off when just one side gets hit. Jeno was and is an equal opptortunity jokester. Not appreciated some times, but fair.

Leno is funny and a class act.If Conan beats Letterman,i'll be on the floor for a week.If this happens,it'll be the end of Letterman.

I read on line that he apologized on Monday night. I wonder if the public out cry and calling for his dismissal has anything to do with it? He's still a scum bag and the best thing people can do is tune him out. Maybe CBS or their advertizers will get the message and can his ass!

Showing my age, but I was up late and watched Dean Martin tipping is cigarette ash in George Gobel's drink...

Conan will take him.

Was that action politically motivated? Most likely not. Dean was drunk most of the time anyways. But I DO miss Dean. And the Rat Pack. I won't miss Letterman.

No...the beauty of the Carson show was that it was essentially apolitical.

The good old days. I truely miss them.

The network could cancel Letterman's show and put something else on. But they cannot fire him and replace him with someone else. Letterman OWNS the show, not the network.

Here's the interesting part - it will not happen in the lifetime of those posting here, but some day whites will be the minority in America. I wonder if a minority status will be claimed or respected? Probably not for 1,000 years.

Hate to tell you this, but in Ca. we are going to be the minority within 10 years.

Can't wait to be discriminated against so I can get all the benefits that the current minorities now enjoy.
