You already participate in one of the following assistance programs: Federal Public Housing Assistance / Section 8 Food Stamps Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Supplemental Security Income (SSI) National School Lunch (free program only) Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Medicaid You have to be "income-eligable", I think that is a eupahmism for dirt poor, needy, too stupid to stop having kids, and too lazy to get a good job, OR you are an illegal alien who cannot report income and therefore appear to be dirt poor, needy, too stupid to stop having kids, but smart enough to know how to live off the public teat (they have a Spanish translation site) In my state, it is 68 minutes a month. Minutes roll over too. Wonder how many will be used to commit crimes? |
