Unfortunately, there probably won't be any real questions. She's in...period. Luckily, the stance of the court won't change much because she replaces the liberal Souter, appointed by the supposed conservative GHW Bush. I just pray that one of the 5 doesn't fall out while BoBo is POTUS.

Actually (and most hopefully), she might provide slightly better (more conservative) results for criminal procedures and sentencing to help our cops/judges...much better record on those issues than Souter.
On other stuff...thankusbetogod for GW's appointments to bolster the conservative folks already there.

Didn't I see somewhere that Obama may get to appoint two more judges before his term is over? Or am I getting that mixed up with some other things I have read about the Supreme Court Judges lately?

Ginsburg is not healthy, and she would likely retire while a liberal is POTUS.
