Is NASCAR Playing Favorites
Just ran across this and kind of enjoyed some of the comments.

Those are comments from NASCAR fans? why would they say such things? how in the world can this be happening? WAKE UP NASCAR..............the fans are not comeing to the track because the raceing "STINKS".

Bob,
I agree with the one comment that they should have more road and short track racing and get rid of the long track parades. Indy was boring and so was Pocono except for the big wreck near the end. But that Lucky Dog rule should be done away with. Ron |
or rename it the lucky Jimmy rule..............
|
Well we will get a chance to see how they work it at Watkins Glen Sunday as Jimmy is on the pole. NASACAR will do everything they can to be sure he wins the race. Kyle Bush was crying about his poor qualifying and that he would have to drive from 6th or 8th to win. Jeff Gordon sure didn't qualify well and neither did some of the others.

Well, let's all be good NASCAR fans and hope that Kyl has a good car, runs fast and takes out himself and the half the field.
Hopefully, my buddy Carl can pass everyone to get to the front and knock-out JJ during the last 10 laps, and then run out of gas. Next, Mark Martin will get through to the front only to be blown off by Boris Said for the win. Too bad JJ, Kyl, Carl and MM! It would be great to see Boris win. Bill |
He is one of my favorite drivers and he does well. I really followed him in the old Trans Am series. This will be another parade and the people in front will stay there. Maybe some action back in the pack. But if it looks as if one of NASCARs non favorites is going to challenge, they will throw a caution or do some other stupid thing to stop it.
