Inmates Get Stimulus Checks
 
I guess some were eligible, but I think anyone in prison should not be given Govt. money to live on.

OK, let me get this strait, the govt record did not show they were incarcerated. But they mailed the checks to the PRISON THEY WERE INCARCERATED AT. Prison sent them back. OK, if I mail something to a prison, even I am smart enough to figure out that the person I am mailing it to is in prison. And we think our government can run anything?
