Taxes On Cash For Clunkers

I have lived in and paid huge amounts of taxes in at least 35 of the states. And I filled out my tax forms, sometimes almost a small book. Your comments are asinine. Wow, you have lived in 4 states. A real traveler. I spent my whole life with Bell Labs traveling from one end of the country to the other and I do know that there are different taxes and structures in each state. But since this is a Federal Sponsored Program there should be some guide lines. Now if you have nothing intelligent to say, kindly stay out of any threads that I start.
