I neither have any clue of why you plucked that one sentence out of a longer post, nor of what you're talking about. Moreover, I'm not interested in a discussion of how "fast" or "slow" laws are enacted, or of entering a debate on an entirely different subject. I'm only interested in seeing that both sides are accurately presented in political discussions, in general, and that is usually not the case in this forum.
Talk to Jamo. He's the one who has a problem with "enactment speed," except, of course, in cases of national emergency. |
