JERUSALEM – The interpretation of federal law should be made not by judges but by the beliefs and commitments of the U.S. president and those around him, according to President Obama's newly confirmed regulatory czar, Cass Sunstein.

"There is no reason to believe that in the face of statutory ambiguity, the meaning of federal law should be settled by the inclinations and predispositions of federal judges. The outcome should instead depend on the commitments and beliefs of the President and those who operate under him," argued Sunstein.

What I remember about our branches of government is that the executive branch is to ensure that laws are carried out and enforced. The judicial branch primary function is to hear cases that challenge legislation or require interpretation of that legislation.

Anything different than that would be classified as a "CHANGE". Uh-oh.

This Cass Sunstein is a super radical in the quite intellectual wrapper; rumor is that Obama may try to nominate to the Supreme Court next chance he gets...get ready to fight that one people.

No way BHO tries to get him on the court in his first term....
Only one more reason to make sure there is not a second!

Imagine, a second term for O. No worries about re-election, free to push through his agenda at all costs. Just think of the change he could wreak during those last four years. It's gonna be glorious (Comrades)!

:)
