The video and sound of those poor kids canting was kind of bad.Some of the lyrics were hard to make out.

I think the left finds it harder and harder to explain the inept actions of their glorious leader, so more and more, daily now, they play the "RACIST" card against the right. They have no way to explain the lies, , back pedals, and misinformation that pours from his lips so they call us RACIST.
More and more they realize they screwed up and that somehow makes us racist? He is not a bad black President, he is a bad, naive, inept, arrogant, self-centered, conceited, lying, unprepared President. That is his fault, being black isn't. |

Only a very few are playing the race card, on either side, which is not surprising. There is ALWAYS somebody, somewhere who is going to do that sometime. Doing so is not supported by either party or in mainstream politics, it just happens. It's unwarranted in my opinion.

Smarter guys than me have tried to figure this all out and have failed. I think both Bush and Obama have many good things going for them. Likewise there are many failings on their part. Suffice it to say that if Obama had a different way of looking at things I would have no problem with him and race would never enter the picture. While society may look at it as a watershed event I don't. Let's just say that if blackness were a prerequisite I've got a couple of buddies here in KC I would rather have seen elected. By the way, how about that Bobby Jindal? He's pretty dark complexioned too. :) |

And the HOPE has become that he is only a single termer. |

Jindal really shot himself in the foot with his national address a while back. I think he is a fairly sharp guy, but at the point he presented himself on the national stage he looked like he was wearing his dads clothes, and sounded very nervous and unsure of himself. Most of America seems to have a problem with long-term memory, but the Dems will be happy to play back snippets of his address showing him and as acting very un -Presidential. Personally, I would much rather have a brilliant geek in charge than a macho, ignorant cowboy. And I could really care less what colour he is (though I will admit a bias towards greens). This "assumption" that Obama is "brilliant" is odd at best. Anybody seen his transcripts? NO! He won't allow them to be released.
My guess is he had a really poor GPA. And, because of that, he's not so smart. Mike |
