Mile Hi Cobra Club trip to Aspen
 

Plans are coming together for our 2nd Annual Aspen Trip.
Date: August 23, 24 and 25
Hotel: Snowmass Mountain Chalet. $89.00 per night. Covered Parking. 800-843-1579 for reservations.
Saturday, August 24th: Tour of The Redstone Castle. $12 each. We have 10:00 am reserved for our group. Check out the web page on this castle at www.redstoneinn.com. They will let us take our cars up to the castle for pictures. I am thinking of having a professional photographer there. If we get 10 or more cars in front of the castle and a good picture, we are in Kit Car Magazine again. This is a castle built to look like an English Castle by John Cleveland Osgood. Got to be a great picture. Cobras at the Castle in Colorado.
Lunch: At the Redstone Inn at 1:30 Order from menu and pay for your own lunch.
Afternoon: Cruise Aspen or other trips. Any ideas are welcome.
Dinner: 6:00 to 8:00 PM - BBQ at the Hotel. $16 each. Includes everything but drink. BYOB.
Sunday August 25th: Drive back via Breckenridge. There is Nostalgia Racing in Breckenridge on this week end. Some of the cars from the Mathew's Collection as well as cars from all over the U.S. will be there.

If any of this sounds good, call me or email me. I will have to start making firm reservations soon.
I also would like some help with this trip. If you would like to volunteer, please call me any time day or night. I will accept collect calls even. I will be your friend for ever if you help. Please.

As of today, there are 16 cars signed up for the trip to Aspen. 8/23, 24 and 25. Only 17 reserved parking spots in Garage, so if you are going, let me know soon. First Come First Served on inside parking.
This is going to be a great trip. You do not want to miss it.
