Mile Hi Cobra Club Hysterical Historical Poker Run
Are you ready for the Mile Hi Cobra Club Hysterical Historical Poker Run?
You will be given a poker card at each of five Historical Stops during the drive in Denver (plus one at the start and one at the finish). We will have prizes donated by MHCC sponsors for the best poker hand, worst poker hand, best time and the worst time. Lunch is included in this drive. The drive starts at 7:30 on Sunday, July 27, 2003. First car out at 7:45 and then one every 5 minutes. Cost for this drive is $18 per car for members of the MHCC which includes one lunch. Additional lunches are $12 each. In other words, it will be $30 for two people and your car. Where we are going for lunch (a secret place) will also charge you an extra $4 per car for entry (So bring extra money). Bring as many good maps (Denver Area) as you have, be gassed up and ready for fun. If you have folding chairs, please bring them. You will be given the address of each stop and a Hysterical Historical Clue. You need to find your own way. Stop #1: Be here at 7:30 and ready to leave by 7:45. 7514 E. Parkway Drive, Littleton, Co Clue: One of Elvis's Favorite Foods and something that our Cobra's Love to do in parking lots (Tom Toledo is good at this). Please RSVP's back to Dick, by 7/23. We need to order lunches and need a firm count by then. You do not need to drive a Cobra to attend this or any MHCC event. Just be prepared for a fun day.
