1984 vintage football cards

anybody have any interest or know the best way to value something like this?

There are magazines put out by Becketts that place values on all sports cards. Available at most bookstores. These are the "standard" for most sports cards values.

My brother seconds this. Much like a car, the condition has a lot to do with the value, according to him. Make sure you don't get taken for a ride though!

A quick "market value" assessment can be done by searching eBay and watch the auctions to determine what certain cards at certain grades go for. The '84 Topps set is known for being loaded with excellent rookie cards...Elway, Marino, Dickerson, Long, Slater. But unless you are an expert at grading or have had them professionally graded (by PSA or Beckett), you won't be able to tell their true worth. I'm not interested in football cards, but I know a thing or three about the card hobby in general. Good luck with your assessment and sale.
