Cobravan to FFR open house 6/12
Hey everybody! I promised Nick I'd move this link over to CC, http://www.ffcars.com/forums/showthread.php?t=247920
I've enjoyed this rumblefest drive twice as Matt's right seater (Thanks again Matt!). This year I'm driving 4760 down, weather permitting. Anyone up for meeting up in Concord and then heading down to join the lads in Salem? I suspect that when we cross the border, there may already be 20+ roadsters to disturb the peace, and that by the time the cobravan leaves the Rte 24 reststop there will be 60+.
I'd suggest that we meet up at the Dunkins in Bow at the junction of routes 89 and 93 at... gulp.. 5 AM, and depart there by 5:15. Your thoughts??

After watching three different forecasts this morning, I'm sorry to say I'm bagging the trip Nick. The guys south of us may stay dry, but you and I would most definitely be driving home in the storm coming down from the northwest. Channel 9 was the most optimistic and even they predicted showers to start around Concord by midafternoon. Crap!

Hi Pete it sounds like a few of the Northern contingent will still be going but not in Snakes. I'm going to do some work here and try and make the Lacrosse tournament so I won't be making it either. I'll put a call on the Sunday one here up tomorrow afternoon evening. New England weather, count on not being able to count on it. It should rain all week up here as it's the start of bike week!
