Anyone heading up this Sunday? Maybe we can create our "own" class on the back lawn like we did a few years ago. Nice ride if the weather holds.

They won't let us in. Tried to reason with the guy last year, even though there were several T-buckets and glass '32 and '36 coupes. They just won't let a replica Cobra in the door. I won't go back.

The VIP section is on the top lawn anyway. I don't know what time you have in mind to go, I have a morning obligation but could drive from the Wallingford shop around noon or so?

There was some of that going on, but I was in it and won first place in the modified class/special interest(or whatever they called it). It was last year or the year before... There was at least 4 other cobras there parked and competing in the same class.
I have also had problems in that show over the years and I probably wont go back.

I live on the road that goes to the show, there was a ton of cars. i skipped the show and got things done around the house

They let me in, and gave me a trophy for third place in the modified open class.
