Bummer, I was thinking next Sat was 2nd of the month... Want to try next week? |
That would be good, the man from Nantucket wanted that weekend anyway. Lets plan for that.

Interested In Joining Your Club
I left a post on an earlier thread this morning but this one may be more appropriate. After patiently waiting for over 15 years, I expect to be placing an order for an ERA roller over the next month or so. I am still working out the details of exactly what I will be ordering but I should have most of it figured out shortly - mostly due to the extremely helpful posts I have found on this forum over the past several months.
I would be interested in joining your club as I still have lots of questions and I am sure will need advice as the build proceeds. I was hoping that someone on this thread could provide me with some information on joining the club. I know that I am not a member of the club yet but would this breakfast meeting be a good opportunity to meet all of you and get information on joining the NH club? Thanks |
The club fee $ is steep.....
Kidding, just show up 9am at the Windmill in Concord NH. That's it and your in....:MECOOL: Karl has a great ERA in Bedford if you wanted to look one over. I have a partial 289 car as well. Where do you reside? |
Great, another local Cobra on the way. Welcome aboard we love all the different breeds and the peculiar folk that drive em. Hopefully you can make it next weekend.
|
I will absolutely plan on being at the Windmill on Saturday.
I live in New Boston so I am close to Bedford, Manchester and Concord. I am really looking forward to meetig you guys. I have read so many of your posts that I already feel I know you.:) I CANNOT wait to get my order in with ERA. Just need to figure out exactly what I want and my deposit will be on the way. |
You already know the deposit is processed alot more efficiently with an Italian grinder I hope. Tell Peter Hi from us next time you talk to him. Welllll maybe that might hurt rather than help, I'll think about that.
|
Hi, any chance of having breakfest a little further south say nashua and you might get some ma. guys to join you, but then again maybe flat landers are not welcome
thanks for listening Bob |
Bob
We are due to have a Nashua meet, maybe next month? |
We have had breakfast a few times at the Denny's in Nashua and have had quite a few of the flat...... er Mass guys come up. That's been our best turnouts and lineups with a real variety of cars. Keep an eye over here for details as always.
|
I just moved back to New Hampshire on Friday. I will plan to be at the breakfast on Saturday. Looking forward to seeing every one again. John
|
Denny's next month would be great!!
Damn, you guys. It seems like every breakfast I am either working or out of town. Will be out of town next Saturday in sunny (I hope) California. But next month at Denny's and we should be able to dredge up a few more MA guys. Any chance of the first Saturday in February? I know that I am not working and will be in town. Just for the record since I'll be climbing in California does that disqualify me as a flatlander?
Ron |
Well since you're a Cobra party on wheels with your own entourage I would think we can accomodate you Ron. What do ya think fellas, late one this month, early for next?
|
Just give the word and we'll get it out there. I suspect everyone will be in DD's but you never know.
|
Bump.......
|
I will be there. Called Karl, think he is in as well.
Looking forward to seeing you again John! Welcome back to town! |
...since Nick is buying, I'm in!
Hey Nick, I just noticed your header... cars you are boarding don't count.
BIG skiing at Cannon today and as usual you reallllllly missed it. I don't believe their claim of 31" this month, but it did snow all day today in the notch while all the rest of New England basked in sunshine. |
