12 April breakfast at the Windmill

Any input? Anybody hungry? I haven't serviced the car for spring yet, but I can show up with my F350 Cobra, with the special hydraulic lift trunk-------
9AM ok for everyone?

Tom

Ok with me Tom -- 9AM sounds good. Monday of this week my SPF 593 got out for a short trip for state inspection and then back in the garage for a complete detailing. I plan to change the oil and filter shortly. Talk with you Saturday on that.

What are you looking at for a car? A Dodge Challenger with a 426 Hemi?

D&M2 04-09-2014 03:33 PM

No, I heard it was the long sought after, highly collectable, AMC Gremlin.

Thor maine 04-09-2014 03:47 PM

I heard his second choice after the Gremlin was a Diesel Chevette.

The Cobra is in pieces but did just get the GT40 running and have an apt for inspection 8am on Sat. I will try to make it afterwards.

Oh grown up. Don't guys who have grown up usually try and get back the cars of there youth , Dodge Challenger with the 426 Hemi. Didn't you do the full frame mod with the rear tubbed. You cant tell me that would not be cool to have.

1985 CCX 04-10-2014 12:44 PM

Tom,

Absolutely, My Challenger was very cool. Would love another but would need to save for a rust free car, would not want to start over again.

Like small and nimble, the old Mopar is neither.....

mudhenk27 04-10-2014 03:22 PM

Tom and Dennis called me, demanding my company....something about my picking up the tab....but isn't that Tom's job?

It's a bit too soon...tempting though....to get the Cobra out up here. But I'll be there in our extremely sporty Highlander Hybrid. Not too sexy but works a lot better in mud season :-)

Kevin, will you be in Holderness?

Bill

Well if things go as planned, I may be able to show up.... in the new ride.....

Sorry M8's I'm working 7pm to 7am at a refueling outage @ our local nuke plant. It's somewhat important that I pay attention & not leave any nuclear fuel rods laying around outa the reactor. This being the case, I will have to miss this Saturday's breakfast. :( All the best & get those rides ready! Hope to see all soon. :3DSMILE:
