NH Bill to expand year of manufacture plates signed into law
This is a nice move for us Cobra guys wanting to run period plates on our cars.

Good initiative for those in NH, and one I'd like to see here (Saskatchewan), but registration here is based upon the year of completion - not the model year it replicates. In my case, the car was completed in 1991, and that would mean the plate would read 1991. I wouldn't be interested unless I could show a 1965 plate.
