SAVE THE DATE! 20th Summer run.
Today being one of the coldest days of the year it seems like a good time to think about this summer’s events. The July gathering in Lake George NY is scheduled for July 8-10th. The activities will be the same as prior years. Out of towners will show up Friday and get themselves settled. Dinner, drinks and catching up with old & new friends that night is a free for all but stop by our hotel if you’d like. Speaking of hotels I’ll post details soon. Saturday AM we gather for a cruise on the wonderful and twisty Adirondack roads. Pit stops and lunch will be planned. BY mid-afternoon we should be back in Lake George. This will be the 20th year of this event if you need an extra reason to attend. Watch this space for details!!

Lake George cruise update. (Or not much of one)
Hotels are filling up fast. I had hoped to reserve a block of rooms at the Quality Inn but they had nothing available. So if you’re staying a few days I suggest you grab a room soon. The Fort William Henry is where we will be departing from so that is always an option.
Activates are in the process of being nailed down. In the next couple of weeks I’ll get in touch with a few of the upstate guys for help and ideas. Perhaps an early evening short cruise ( before the beers start flowing) one or both of the nights. The Saturday format seems to work well. Exact route and lunch destination will be worked out.

Last year your group graciously accepted me and my self built Cheetah inspired roadster for the cruise. I've just sold my Cheetah. I'm building another one with an upgraded drivetrain. Needing something to drive I just got one of my earlier built cars registered, insured, and on the road in NY. (I'm about an hour north of Lake George). Can I show up with "RUBY"?
