Connecticut Cruises this week 8-7 thru 8-11
 
Hey Gang:
Ok, it's another beautiful week. Wednesday night there is a cruise in West Haven (next to Jimmie's), Friday there is a cruise night in Monroe (DairyQueen), Saturday is Marcus Dairy (Danbury, always a big night and a fun drive), also on Saturday is the Wallingford cruise at Wal-Mart(right off the Merritt), and Sunday night is the Heavenly Donuts cruise in Derby (Route 34).

Is anybody out there going to any of these events? In 4 weeks it's September! I wish some of you guys would start those Snakes up and join me at some of these events. I'm flexible, is anyone out there interested?

wished you and i lived closer or that some of those cruises that you mentioned were within an easy drive of where i live 'cus i would join you.

baffling to me why more cobra owners don't participate in activities in this area...went to a cruise on the cape(bourne) last sat....500!!! cars and only one other cobra besides mine.

would be nice if we could get a late summer-early fall day or overnite ride going,but i'm not sure there is enough interest.

I've been a lot of talk and "no go" lately. Sorry. Haven't even started the car in two weeks! Shame on me.

I will try to make it to one of the events on Saturday during the day or Sunday.

Hey Kids:
10 Cobras at Marcus Dairy on Saturday night! 9 of them were at a barbeque I didn't know about. The crowd loved us.

Bob - I am the one who had the BBQ, sorry about leaving you out...i am an active member on the other forums...and have now just joined this one. My cobra was the dark blue one with light silver stripes. Hope to see you at another event, whens the next CT event?
