Durham, CT Time Machines Car Show & Swap Meet
Sunday, July 25th will be the date. 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
This is perhaps the largest juried car show in Connecticut with well over 700 cars in 20+ categories. To be in a juried class, you car must have been born at least 25 years ago. This pretty much eliminates replica and kit Cobras from any of the juried classes but there is a non-judged class which is open so you can show your car. There is also a swap meet onsite with over 200 vendors as well. I will try to get up there weather permitting. I will be there with a friend's 1952 Jaguar XK120 hardtop coupe (which won the Connecticut Jaguar Club councourse this year). Well if it is threatening any kind of rain, I will not go with my Cobra and in fact, I really just am planning on going there without the Cobra as I want to see all the antique cars and spend time in the swap meet area. They keep changing the forecast so who knows? |

The show would go on, just that there will be very few cars there.
All entrys are prepaid and not refunded. This is a rather serious juried car show. It looks good for today. They moved the chance of rain down to 30%. Perhaps I will see ya there!? Look for me near a red 1952 XK120 coupe. |
