CT Emissions Start Up
Checked my VIN, test date is 7/26/2005. Cobra is registered as a 2000 Composite with a CT applied VIN.

This program is all about getting federal money, it has nothing to do with making the air cleaner! If they thought the old system was corrupt with just a few state run testing sites, where do they think this is headed?

I just checked my emissions date. They changed it from July 2007 to October 2005 which I'm not too happy about. I'll be curious to see how these stations handle our Cobras with close clutch, brake and gas peddles. I querried a station near me and he wasn't sure what ground clearance was min to fit his equipment. watch out for dragging pipes or undercarriage.

Don, thanks for the info. I would guess most of the Cobras will be tested the two speed idle test.
