Pics of Quincy 4th Parade
Here are some pictures I took of SOME of the cars that participated in our 96th annual 4th July parade.
Edit - pics deleted to free up gallery space..... but the best by far is the picture I took about 500 feet after the parade started. I was the only Cobra in the parade, but a local Corvette club showed up and all 25 of them were following me all day. http://www.clubcobra.com/photopost/d...m/DSCN0675.JPG I laid down a few patches of Goodboot rubber (well, more than a few ... maybe 15 or 20 burnouts in the 1.5 mile parade route. Do you think I heard anything behind me all day??? Nary a chirp. **) **) **) It was a great day and I had a lot of fun throwing penny candy to all the kids (and some great looking babes). |

Seems to be only one thing missing... TURTLE.. What's up with that??? Glad you took time to take photos...and I hope you got to "Light em up" a couple of times for the kids.. at least..mine would have shouted that!! :MECOOL: |

Sorry Dwight ... I was too busy driving, burning rubber, throwing candy and talking with the babes. I did not have a co-pilot. I did have one at the beginning, but she bailed out early to talk with some friends she had not seen for years .... women!
