Pics of 23 Model T truck Hot Rod on my Cobra chassis!
I had a great day today! My son and I had a great breakfast with some of the guys and gals from the New England Cobra Club. I started a Thread to show you my new Cobra inspired Kit that I am selling. And, this afternoon I worked on my new Hot Rod.
This Truck uses my space frame, (90inch wheel base) with C5 Vette suspension and differential which I convert to taking a driveshaft. I am using an LS Chevy engine but a 427 small block stroked Ford engine would be great too. At under 2000lbs this car will be a screamer. The roof flips up to get in and out and it removes with 2 pins for open top fun. I plan to offer this as a kit from $17,990, T/K minus with NEW Vette parts for $34,990, and a complete car with your choice of New 480hp LS3/T56 or 520hp Ford with Tremec 600 5 speed for $49,990. I am still working on the front end design but should have the car to market by June. John glad you could make it. As Dave says pleasure to meet you. That looks like it could be right there with the 33's. These retro type rods are neat with the look, stance and attitude with the new age hardware to back it up.
