FFR Open House

Hi Everyone,

I know that there discussions previously about heading down to Factory Five's open house this weekend. However, I could not find a thread on it or any new news.

Is there still a caravan planned from NH down?

If so, does anyone have any of the details.

Thanks

Mike

As we have for the past several years...we'll be meeting up at exit 1, just off route 93s on the MA/NH border for the ride down to the open house. Please reply if you are interested in joining us.

As in past years we'll meet at the 99 restaraunt at 6:00am for a 6:15 sharp departure. That usually gives us about 30 minutes at the Burger King/Route 24 service area for the larger caravan to FFR.

p.s. I'll be scouting out 93s through the Boston area to avoid last year's mishap with the nasty road resurfacing mess. We may re-route onto 128s to avoid that mess.

Is it Saturday or Sunday?

Thanks Jeff,

That means that we would need to get up about 4:00 - 4:30 to get ready to leave. Probably a bit early for us after just getting back from our trip.

Looks like I'll have to wait another year before I can make the trip down.

Have a great time and take lots of pictures.

Also, I noticed on the FFR website about the open house that only FFR cars would be allowed in the compound and all others would need to park outside. Is there a secure area that is provided that for non-FFR parking?

Not good policy for potential customers.

When you see the amount of FFR's to show up and their parking lot configuration, you would not be thinking that way. After all, when Unique has their annual "picnic" any other Cobra owner is welcome, but must park elsewhere and not in the same area as the Unique cars. Not a big deal at all......

They were cool!
Got a free FFR hat, parked with the rest and had a free hot dog. :3DSMILE:

Bill,
Saw a sign that read:
Dave Smith
Where is Mr Mustang's 289FIA........

Great day. BTW: Mark Smith is very nice.
