John morton races again!

Hello, COBRA Fans! As most of you know John Morton is one of the few surviving racers that raced a Cobra. John Is 71 years old now. John has raced many cars in career. John has been invited to race at the 50th Anniversary of the SCCA Runoffs at Road America this Sept 20-22. John won the runoffs in 1970-71 in a Datsun 240Z in C Production. The car is just about finshed. But we are looking for Donations to help cover Transportation, Tent, Gas, tires, Hotel for volunteer crew, Bread water etc. If you like the idea of a 71 year old racer using a 43 year old car to show the youngsters that it still can be done, then this is the project for you! The main compettition is the Miata and BMW Z3. Last year Greg Ira came in 2nd with his Datsun 240z. So If this intrigues you, a donation of as little as $20 can make a difference. Please look at our short video. Thank You. Steve Bonk John Morton: Datsun Z Car Project 46 | Indiegogo
